- 12 to 15 large corn cobs
- 3 c. sugar (cane sugar)
- 1 box Sure-Jell
Directions

1Wash corn cobs and break into small pieces.

2Cook in 8 cups water.

3Bring to a boil and cook for 30 minutes, boiling slowly, then strain, put in a pan and add Sure-Jell.

4Bring to a boil and boil hard for 1 1/2 minutes, then add sugar and boil for 1 1/2 minutes again or until jelly sheets from spoon.

5Pour into jars.
