  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar roasted red peppers, undrained
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) van mexican stewed tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 14 teaspoon salt

Directions

    Place chicken in slow cooker.

    Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl, and pour over chicken.

    Cover and cook 4-6 hours or until chicken is no longer pink.
