  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 2 c. cooked or fresh tomatoes
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 4 strips bacon or 2 sausage links, chopped

Directions

    Take meat, peppers, onion and celery and cook them on stove until tender.

    Add remaining ingredients and bake for about 1 hour at 350°.
