- 1 (14 3/4 oz.) salmon
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 envelopes Knox gelatine
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Drain salmon and save liquid.

2Flake salmon and mix with celery and onion.

3Mix the two envelopes of gelatine with 1/2 cup of cold water.

4Combine the liquid saved from salmon with catsup and vinegar.

5Boil and stir in the softened gelatine mix.

6Blend into salmon mix.

7Stir in mayo.
-
8Coat inside of mold with mayo.

9Pour in mixture.
-
10Chill until firm.

11Garnish with lettuce and parsley.
