- 4 snapper fillets (8 oz. each)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- flour to coat
- 1/2 c. butter
Directions

1Marinate snapper in a combination of salt, pepper, lemon juices and Worcestershire sauce in a baking dish.

2Remove fish and dip in flour to coat.

3Melt butter in skillet.

4Brown snapper slowly on both sides.

5Transfer fish to a two-quart baking dish and bake at 375° for 8 minutes.

6(Total cooking time for skillet and oven is 15 minutes.)
