  • 4 snapper fillets (8 oz. each)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • flour to coat
  • 1/2 c. butter

Directions

    Marinate snapper in a combination of salt, pepper, lemon juices and Worcestershire sauce in a baking dish.

    Remove fish and dip in flour to coat.

    Melt butter in skillet.

    Brown snapper slowly on both sides.

    Transfer fish to a two-quart baking dish and bake at 375° for 8 minutes.
