  • 1 (15- to 16-oz) can red pinto beans, rinsed and drained
  • 4 oz corn tortilla chips (mix of whole wheat & blue corn)
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 cup grated Monteray Jack cheese (8 oz)
  • 2 oz of Whole Kernel Corn
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 large jalepeno, chopped
  • 1 bottle Jarritos (your favorite flavor)
