  • 2 c. water
  • 8 oz. thin spaghetti
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. capers
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • .13 tsp. Pepper
  • 2 tbsp. grated Pecorino cheese

    In 12-inch skillet, stir wine, water, spaghetti, and salt.

    Heat to boiling on high, stirring.

    Boil 9 to 11 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring often.
