- 3 c. cooked apples
- 1 c. apple juice
- 2 tsp. apple pie spice
- 2 tsp. Knox gelatine
- 2 packets sugar substitute
Directions

1Drain apples and place in diet crust.

2In 1/4 cup apple juice, sprinkle Knox gelatine and let set 1 minute.

3Heat on High in microwave until dissolved about 1 minute.

4Add remaining apple juice to dissolved mixture.

5Stir in spice and sweetener.

6Place over ice water and stir until mixture starts to thicken.

7Pour over apples.

8Chill until firm.
