Ingredients

  • 1 c. peanut butter
  • 1/2 lb. soft margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar or less
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 small pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits

Directions

    Cream the peanut butter, margarine and vanilla.

    Add powdered sugar until mixture is of consistency to form balls.

    Pat out in pan or form into long rolls.

    Melt chocolate bits in top of double boiler.
  5. 5
    Brush on top of candy in pan or dip logs into chocolate. Place logs on waxed paper to allow to harden.

    Place in refrigerator for quicker hardening.

    When hard, slice to serve.
