  • 1 large can refried beans
  • 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 (16 oz.) salsa sauce (hot or mild, thick)
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped fine
  • grated cheese (Cheddar)
  • black olives (sliced)
  • tomatoes, cut up in fine pieces
  • lettuce, cut up in fine pieces
  • tortilla chips or nacho

Directions

    In bottom a long Pyrex dish, spread refried beans.

    Next spread sour cream, salsa, green onions, cheese, black olives, tomatoes and lettuce.

    Refrigerate 1/2 hour. Eat on chips.
