  • 1 lb. pintos, cooked (fresh)
  • black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • red cayenne pepper to taste
  • garlic salt to taste
  • 6 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Directions

    When beans (pintos) are done, pour (without juice) into skillet with hot oil.

    Mash carefully as you add ingredients.
