Refried Beans Pinto Kidney

  • 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can pinto beans
  • 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can red kidney beans
  • 1 small onions or 12 medium onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons olives or 2 tablespoons corn oil
  • 12 cup cheddar cheese (optional)

Directions

    Drain Pinto Beans and put in food processor or blender.

    Add Red Kidney Beans and puree until smooth.

    In a medium size pan saute onion and garlic in oil for 5 min on medium heat.

    Add Bean mix to pan, stir well.

    Cook for 5 mins or until heated thoroughly and add cheese at the end.
