Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 egg (unbeaten)
- 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. dill seed
- 1 c. creamed cottage cheese
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
Directions

1Soften yeast in water.

2Add cottage cheese, onion, butter, dill seed, salt, soda and egg.

3Add flour, beating after first addition on low speed.

4Cover; let rise 1 hour.

5Stir down.

6Turn into well-greased casserole dish.

7Let rise for 40 minutes.

8Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.

9Brush with butter; sprinkle on salt.

10Serve.
