  • 7 cucumbers (unpeeled), sliced very thin
  • 1 c. green peppers, diced
  • 1 c. onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. crushed red pepper ring
  • 1 Tbsp. celery seed

Directions

    Combine the first 4 ingredients; allow to stand 1 hour, then drain.

    Put in 4 pint jars and refrigerate.
