- 5 lb. potatoes, pared and quartered
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
- 2 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cook potatoes; mash.

2Add cream cheese, sour cream, onion salt, salt, pepper and butter.

3Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Cover.

4Refrigerate for at least 2 days.

5(Can store up to two weeks.)

6When ready to use, top with Cheddar cheese (lots) and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
