  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 large pkg. Oreo cookies

Directions

    Crumble Oreos.

    Spread 1/2 of them in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Mix together Cool Whip, powdered sugar, margarine and cream cheese. In separate bowl, mix pudding mix, milk and vanilla. Combine mixtures.

    Spread mixture over cookie crumbs. Top with remaining cookie crumbs.
