- 5 lb. potatoes, pared and quartered (9 large)
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
Directions

1Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water. Drain well.

2Mash until smooth.

3Add cream cheese, sour cream, onion salt, salt, pepper and oleo. Beat until smooth and fluffy.

4Place in refrigerator. Cool and cover.

5Can store 2 weeks.
