- 20 medium cucumbers, sliced
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 2 large bell peppers, sliced
- 1 c. celery, sliced
- 1/2 c. salt
- 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 3 c. sugar
- 3 c. vinegar
Directions

1Mix cucumbers, onions, peppers, celery and salt.

2Let stand 2 hours, then drain.

3Combine vinegar, sugar, mustard seed and turmeric in saucepan; bring to a boil, then let cool.

4Pour over vegetables.

5Store in glass gallon jar in refrigerator.
