- 1 c. thinly sliced onion
- 1 c. thinly sliced bell pepper
- 1 c. vinegar
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. celery seed
Directions

1Combine all but vegetables. Heat until sugar is dissolved. Place vegetables in a 2 quart jar, pour liquid over them. Let cool enough to be placed in refrigerator. Ready to eat in 24 hours. These will keep up to one year in the refrigerator.
