- 8 c. sliced cucumbers
- 1 c. thinly sliced celery
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 green pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 c. white vinegar
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 (3/4 oz.) jar pimento, chopped
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. mustard seed
Directions

1Mix cucumbers, celery, green pepper, onion, pimento and salt in large bowl.

2Let stand 1 hour; drain well.

3Meanwhile, mix sugar, vinegar and seeds in saucepan.

4Heat to boil.

5Stir until sugar is dissolved.

6Let cool.

7Pour over vegetables.

8Refrigerate covered until cold.

9Store in glass jars in the refrigerator up to 2 months.

10Serve as hot dog topping with sandwiches or on a relish tray.
