- 5 lb. potatoes
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 tsp. onion salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Peel and cut up potatoes.

2Boil.

3Cook potatoes completely. Drain and put into large bowl with the other ingredients.

4Beat with mixer until creamy.

5Store in refrigerator until ready to use.

6Put into a casserole dish as much as you need; sprinkle with grated cheese.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
