- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 c. warm water
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 8 c. plain flour
- 2 Tbsp. corn oil
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup water.

2Cream shortening and sugar; add beaten egg, water, salt and yeast last.

3Add flour and mix well, making dough. Put in a gallon Ziploc bag with 2 tablespoons corn oil.

4Seal and put into the refrigerator.

5Keeps one week. Take out amount you want and make rolls 2 to 3 hours before time to bake.

6Bake at 450° for 20 minutes or until done.
