- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 egg, beaten lightly
- 1/4 c. shortening
- 6 1/2 to 7 c. flour (bread flour works well)

3Put into refrigerator for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

4Because it's made without milk, it will keep for up to 5 days.

5No kneading.

6Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned at 400°.

7Makes about 3 dozen rolls.
