- 2 pkg. RapidRise yeast
- 1/2 c. lukewarm water
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 c. cold water
- 1 1/2 sticks light corn oil margarine
- 1/2 c. Egg Beaters
- 3/4 c. sugar (put 1 Tbsp. in lukewarm water and yeast)
- 2 tsp. yeast
- 8 c. plain flour
Directions

1Put yeast and sugar in lukewarm water and set aside.

2Put margarine in the hot water and stir until melted.

3Add cold water to make it lukewarm.

4Put the water with margarine in it in a large bowl with the sugar and salt.

5Stir well.

6Add yeast mixture and mix well.

7Add flour and mix into dough.

8Put some corn oil in a large bowl and put the dough into the bowl; turn it over to coat with oil to keep it from getting a crust on it.

9Place in the refrigerator overnight.

10When you want rolls, punch dough down. Pinch off small pieces and place in greased pan.

11Place in warm place to rise.

12Bake in a preheated 375° oven.
