- 1 (17 oz.) can apricot halves, drained (reserve nectar)
- 1 c. reserved apricot nectar
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. grated orange peel
- 1/4 c. orange juice
Directions

1Puree apricots until smooth.

2Combine apricots and next 5 ingredients in medium saucepan; simmer over low flame until sugar dissolves.

3Cool slightly.

4Stir in orange juice.

5Chill before serving mixture.

6Can be stored up to 2 weeks in refrigerator. Makes 2 cups.
