Refrigerator Salad

   Put marshmallows in bowl and add milk.

   Put in microwave for a few seconds until melted.

   Put cream cheese and sour cream in mixer.

   Add vanilla and

   mix well.

   Pour in marshmallow mix and fruit cocktail (drained).

   Mix together.

   Add 1/2 cups nuts, if desired.

   Make the day before and let chill overnight.
