Refrigerator Yeast Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 pt. water
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. Crisco oil
- 4 c. sifted plain flour (about)
Directions

1Melt yeast in half water heated to tepid.

2Mix all ingredients, except flour.

3Gradually mix in flour until mixture sticks together to form ball.

4Turn out on floured board; knead only 3 to 4 times.

5Place in lightly greased bowl.

6Cover with white cloth; let rise 2 hours.

7Punch down.
-
8Place cover on dish. Refrigerate and pinch off as needed.

9Put in desired shape. Let rise again.

10Bake at 450° until brown.
