  • 6 bananas
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 cup seedless prunes
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter (can use nuts if you like)
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1/4 can condense milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence
  • 2 dash angostura bitters
  • 1 tsp grated nutmeg (optional)
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 cup Almond milk/ vanilla supligen

Directions

    Place all ingredients in blender and blend.

    If it's to thick for your liking add more Almond milk.

    If it's to thin add more prunes and bananas.
