- 1 tbsp vanilla essence

- 1 tsp grated nutmeg (optional)
- 1 cup ice
- 2 cup Almond milk/ vanilla supligen
Directions

1Place all ingredients in blender and blend.

2If it's to thick for your liking add more Almond milk.
