  • 10 oz. Colby shredded cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • paprika

    Layer contents of cans of whole green chilies in a greased casserole.

    Top with shredded cheese.

    Beat 4 eggs with 1/2 cup milk and salt.

    Pour over chilies and cheese.

    Dust with paprika. Bake at 325° for 30 to 45 minutes.
