  • 2 qt. sauerkraut, squeezed dry
  • 2 cups Kraft Thousand Island Dressing
  • 2-2/3 Tbsp. caraway seed, toasted, ground
  • 32 slices dark rye bread, sliced
  • 48 slices corned beef brisket, sliced
  • 32 slices Kraft Extra Swiss Cheese Slices

Directions

    Combine sauerkraut, dressing and caraway seed.

    For each serving: Top 1 bread slice with 1 cheese slice, 2.25 oz.

    (65 g) corned beef, 1/2 cup (125 mL) sauerkraut mixture and second cheese slice.

    Broil until cheese begins to melt.

    Cover with second bread slice.

    Broil until sandwich is toasted on both sides, turning once.
