- 1 can corned beef
- 1 large can sauerkraut, well drained and finely chopped in food processor
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, at room temperature
- 2 eggs, beaten
- bread crumbs
Directions

1Mix corned beef, sauerkraut (after well drained) and cream cheese.

2Refrigerate overnight.

3Roll mixture into walnut size balls.

4Dip balls into beaten eggs and roll in bread crumbs.

5Deep fry until golden brown.

6Put on paper towel to drip.

7Serve warm or at room temperature.
