- 2 (16 oz.) cans sauerkraut, drained
- 1 1/4 c. sour cream (fat-free)
- 1 onion, grated
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 4 (2.5 oz.) pkg. sliced corned beef
- 10 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
- rye bread
Directions

1Mix kraut, onion, sour cream and garlic powder.

2Spoon lightly into a greased 8-inch pan.

3Arrange corned beef slices over the top.

4Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

5Remove crusts from 9 slices of rye bread.

6Halve the bread into triangles and arrange over cheese, covering the top completely.

7Brush with 2 tablespoons of melted butter or light margarine.

8Cover and chill for 8 hours. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
