  • 2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing
  • 1/2 lb. thinly sliced corned beef
  • 4 slices rye bread, cut into 1/2-inch cubes (4 c.)
  • 1/3 c. butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
