  • 1 (27 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
  • 2 medium tomatoes, thin sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. 1000 Island dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 9 oz. corned beef, shredded
  • 2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 (10 oz.) can buttermilk flake biscuits
  • 2 rye crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp. caraway seed

Directions

    Spread drained sauerkraut in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish. Arrange tomatoes over sauerkraut; spread with dressing and dot with margarine.

    Top with corned beef and cheese.

    Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.
