- 2 medium tomatoes, thin sliced
- 2 Tbsp. 1000 Island dressing
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 9 oz. corned beef, shredded
- 2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 (10 oz.) can buttermilk flake biscuits
- 2 rye crackers, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. caraway seed
Directions

1Spread drained sauerkraut in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish. Arrange tomatoes over sauerkraut; spread with dressing and dot with margarine.
