- 2 c. Swiss cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (14 to 16 oz.) can sauerkraut
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 2 Tbsp. horseradish

Directions

1Cut corned beef into pieces and mix with remaining ingredients. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes in a casserole dish. Serve on Triscuits crackers.
