- 1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut
- 4 Tbsp. French or Thousand Island dressing
- 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
- sliced Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 tsp. mustard
- 1 loaf party rye, sliced
- dill pickles
Directions

1Rinse and drain sauerkraut, mix

2with salad dressing.

3Scrape fat from corned beef.

4Mash meat well.

5Cut Swiss cheese slices in quarters.

6Blend butter and mustard and spread on bread.

7Top with 1 tablespoon sauerkraut, then 1 tablespoon beef.

8Add a square of cheese on top each slice.

9Place on cookie sheet.

10Bake at 350° until cheese melts, about 8 minutes.
