- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/3 c. evaporated milk
- 3/4 c. rye bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. onions, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. mustard
- 1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, flaked
- 4 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
- 1 (9-inch) deep dish pie crust (unbaked)
Directions

1Blend together the egg, milk, bread crumbs, onions, salt, pepper and mustard.

2Add sauerkraut, ground beef and corned beef; mix well.

3Place half of meat mixture into shell; sprinkle half the cheese on top.

4Add rest of the meat mix and cheese to pie shell.

5Bake in preheated 400° oven for 30 minutes, or until crust is browned.
