Reuben Spread

Name: Reuben Spread
Ingredients: 1 (10 ounce) can sauerkraut, well drained; 12 lb corned beef, chopped; 8 ounces swiss cheese, shredded; 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened; 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream; 1 loaf pumpernickel cocktail bread, sliced; assorted cracker (Rye Krisps are great)

1 (10 ounce) can sauerkraut, well drained
12 lb corned beef, chopped
8 ounces swiss cheese, shredded
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 loaf pumpernickel cocktail bread, sliced
assorted cracker (Rye Krisps are great)

Directions

Place all ingredients except bread and crackers in a medium saucepan and heat until melted together.

Serve warm spread on pumpermickel slices and/or crackers.
