  • 1/2 c. whole grain cornmeal
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. rice flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 c. rice milk
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder

Directions

    Mix cornmeal with milk and let it stand for 10 minutes.

    Pour batter into an 8-inch pan that has been greased.
