- 1/2 c. whole grain cornmeal
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. rice flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. rice milk
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Mix cornmeal with milk and let it stand for 10 minutes.

2Stir in rest of ingredients.

3Pour batter into an 8-inch pan that has been greased.

4Bake 10 to 12 minutes in a 425° oven.
