- 1 rhinoceros (2 to 3 tons)
- salt and pepper
- brown gravy
- 2 rabbits (if needed)
Directions

1Boil rhinoceros until tender.

2Remove skin, debone and dehorn. Cut rhino into small bite size pieces.

3(This should take about 2 months.)

4Add enough brown gravy to cover (about 1/2 of a tanker truck).

5Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer 4 to 6 weeks. This serves 5800 people.

6If more are expected, add 2 rabbits.

7Do only if necessary, as most people do not like hare in their stew.
