  • 2 c. peeled and cut one-inch pieces rhubarb
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) bag miniature marshmallows
  • 1 (8 oz.) bag cinnamon candy
  • 1 box white cake mix

    Butter bottom and sides of 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

    Spread rhubarb in bottom of pan.

    Spread marshmallows on top of rhubarb. Put cinnamon candy on marshmallows.

    Mix cake mix according to directions on the box.

    Pour this mixture on top of mixture in pan.

    Bake at 325° until done.
