- 2 c. or 20 oz. frozen rhubarb
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
- 1 c. sugar (optional)
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 1/3 c. water
- 1 stick oleo, melted
Directions

1Spread 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.

2Spread frozen rhubarb in pan. Sprinkle Jell-O over rhubarb.

3Sprinkle sugar over Jell-O, then spread dry cake mix over sugar.

4Sprinkle water over cake mix. Pour melted oleo evenly over cake (more oleo may be used for a richer cake).
