  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 c. rhubarb
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar

    Mix all but rhubarb well.

    Cut rhubarb in 1-inch lengths, fold into other mixture.

    Pour into well-greased and floured 13 x 9 1/2-inch pan.
