Rhubarb Compote

  • 400 grams Rhubarb
  • 50 grams Sugar
  • 60 ml Orange juice
  • 1 tbsp Corn Starch

Directions

    Peel rhubarb (if desired) and cut into small pieces.

    In a medium saucepan, caramelize sugar until light brown.

    Add Orange juice, then rhubarb.

    Let cook for 5-10 minutes, until the rhubarb is softened and the sugar dissolved.

    Dissolve corn starch with a little water, add to rhubarb compote to thicken.
