Rhubarb Compote

- 400 grams Rhubarb
- 50 grams Sugar
- 60 ml Orange juice
- 1 tbsp Corn Starch
Directions

1Peel rhubarb (if desired) and cut into small pieces.

2In a medium saucepan, caramelize sugar until light brown.

3Add Orange juice, then rhubarb.

4Let cook for 5-10 minutes, until the rhubarb is softened and the sugar dissolved.

5Dissolve corn starch with a little water, add to rhubarb compote to thicken.
