  • 1 (9 or 10-inch) pie shell (unbaked)
  • 4 c. rhubarb, chopped
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. margarine

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Combine rhubarb, egg, vanilla, 4 tablespoons flour and sugar together.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Blend 3/4 cup flour, brown sugar and margarine together until crumbly.

    Sprinkle over rhubarb mixture.

    Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 375°.
