- 1 (9 or 10-inch) pie shell (unbaked)
- 4 c. rhubarb, chopped
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/3 c. margarine
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Combine rhubarb, egg, vanilla, 4 tablespoons flour and sugar together.

3Pour into unbaked pie shell.

4Blend 3/4 cup flour, brown sugar and margarine together until crumbly.

5Sprinkle over rhubarb mixture.

6Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 375°.
