- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3/4 cup oatmeal, uncooked
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 cups diced rhubarb, raw
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions

1Cream brown sugar and butter. Add flour, cinnamon, and oatmeal. Press half of this mixture into a cookie sheet and cover with diced raw rhubarb. Cook white sugar, cornstarch, vanilla and water together. Pour this syrup over rhubarb and top with remaining crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 350*.
