- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 4 to 5 c. coarsely cut cabbage
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated
- 1/4 lb. processed cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
Directions

1Salt and cook the cabbage with very little water until tender. Drain.

2Grease a baking dish.

3Alternate a layer of cabbage, a layer of combined cheeses and then white sauce.

4End with cheese and sprinkle with cornflake crumbs.

5Bake at 350° until golden brown, 35 to 40 minutes.
