- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 c. oats
- 1/2 c. melted margarine or butter
- diced rhubarb
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix the first 5 ingredients until crumbly; press half of the crumb mixture into greased baking dish.

2Cover with rhubarb. Combine sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla.

3Cook until thickened and clear.

4Pour over rhubarb.

5Top with remaining crumbs.

6Bake 1 hour at 350°.
