- 4 c. diced rhubarb
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sifted flour
- 3/4 c. oatmeal
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. melted margarine
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Put rhubarb in greased baking dish (8 x 12-inch unless more fruit is used).

2Mix sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla.

3Cook over low heat until thick and clear.

4Pour hot sauce over rhubarb. Combine flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and margarine; sprinkle over rhubarb.

5Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350°.
