- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. rhubarb, cut fine
Directions

1Cream sugar and butter, then add eggs (yolks) and mix well. Add milk.

2Spread finely cut rhubarb in bottom of unbaked 9-inch pie shell.

3Add stiffly beaten egg whites to the custard mixture, then pour it over the rhubarb in the pie shell.

4Bake in 350° oven for 60 minutes or until point of knife inserted in center comes out clean.
